Inkavo User Agreement

Effective date: September 18, 2026 Updated: September 18, 2026 Support: walldesk@inkavo.app

Ink clause 1 — The product

Inkavo is a free iPhone app that helps you snap a napkin doodle, keep it as a wall tile, and talk the next cut onto the same WallPiece. It does not create an Inkavo account. It is not a law firm, clinic, art school, or substitute for professional advice.

Ink clause 2 — Eligibility and care

Use Inkavo only if you can agree to these terms. Do not upload or share sketches you are not allowed to use. Do not treat the product as a face-identity or biometric scanner — stills are doodles and paper marks. Do not use cloud turns to harass, commit fraud, or generate unlawful material.

Ink clause 3 — Your wall content

Sketches, tiles, proposed and accepted cuts, Series beats, Accept / Edit / Reject outcomes, and transcripts you create remain under your control on this device. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for any content you choose to send after AI Allow. Deleting the app removes Inkavo's on-device wall data; we cannot recover it from an Inkavo server.

Ink clause 4 — In-App Purchases

On this reviewed tip there are no In-App Purchases: no StoreKit catalog, no consumable balance, and no paid unlock for proposing or Accepting a cut. If Apple billing ever appears in a future build, Apple's terms and refund process would apply to those charges.

Ink clause 5 — Apple permissions and services

When you grant permissions, Apple frameworks may process camera frames, photo-library picks, microphone audio, and Speech recognition according to Apple's rules and your system settings. Inkavo does not replace Apple's privacy controls. This tip does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Ink clause 6 — Optional DeepSeek and MiniMax

Cloud next-cut proposals call DeepSeek, and post-Accept cut painting calls MiniMax, only after you tap Allow on the Ink & Cloud card. Declining keeps the wall local. Model and image output can be incomplete or wrong — review any cut before you rely on it or share it. You can revoke AI data sharing in Settings at any time; local snap / import / wall / Library / typed talk stay available.

Ink clause 7 — Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or depend on network conditions for optional AI turns. We may update these terms; the Updated date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms for later use.

Ink clause 8 — Intellectual property

Inkavo's name, plaster-wall UI, and nested-agent presentation are provided for use inside the app. You keep rights in the personal sketches and cuts you create, subject to the licenses needed for optional DeepSeek / MiniMax turns you authorize.

Ink clause 9 — Disclaimers

Cuts and tile refinements are creative assistance only. They do not certify artistic accuracy, print readiness, or fitness for commercial studio work. To the extent allowed by law, Inkavo is provided as-is without warranties about uninterrupted AI availability. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
